Liggitt is kicking off  the new eating program today. The program has to be simple for me to succeed at it. Always eat breakfast and every other meal is made of of fish and chicken along with green veggies. I will be eating very few carbs.  Official weekly weight in tomorrow!

Liggitt is getting ready to start his eating program tomorrow. It will help him make better bad choices when deciding what to eat. It was a good exercise weekend with the walk around the Lake. I thought I would feel muscles i have forgotten about. Only one was just above my knee. Will have to check it out.

Liggitt says a 9 mile walk around White Rock Lake is good exercise. I was able to complete the walk in 2 and half hours.  A 16 mile an hour pace. Feeling good right now only a sore foot. Now it is time to get prepared for the eating program. It will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow.

Liggitt says the official weight in is Tuesday. Liggitt believes you should never start a new program until the first of the week!

Liggitt begins a new journey today writting about getting in shape. Liggitt will share the ups and downs of eating right, exercising and getting in shape. Liggitt says all encouragement will be accepted.

Liggitt says you need to know the Golf  payoff Club according to Bobby Locke.  Bobby Locke Among golfers the putter is usually known as the payoff club and how right that is! Putting is in fact a game in itself.
